THE POWER HOUR includes:

• 1X Pre questionnaire to be filled out prior to the session

This will help you clarify what you want to get out of the session and it will also help us understand your challenges. When we will jump on the call, we are prepared and ready to dive right in.

• 1X 60 min session with us via video call

This is where we will look at your problem and get it sorted. We will come up with an action plan that you can start implementing, resulting in clarity and less overwhelming. 

You will feel excited to get going because you will know exactly what steps to take next.

How to get started:

Step 1.

Step 2.

After you submit your payment, you will receive a welcome email with your pre – questionnaire.

Step3.

When your prep work is complete, you will receive a link to schedule the session, and when the date and time are set, we will have our session.
